See our nifty 'best to drink' graphic on the back labels.

Crémant Blanc de Blanc 2019. This version of our Crémant has been aged on the lees for 24 months after the second fermentation in bottle. Great for weddings and other celebrations, though we drink this regularly at home throughout the year.

The back label: "A sparkling Crémant that was made in the ‘méthode traditionnelle’ - using our hand picked Sémillon grapes from a single block - with a second fermentation in bottle. This dry Blanc de Blancs was aged on the lees and disgorged later for a slightly richer, fuller taste." 11% vol.

Sauvignon Blanc 2021. The new vintage of our best selling wine, and one we're very happy with. Citrusy, nettly and refreshing, this is a more mineral, fresher style than in some hotter, more exotic years.

The back label: "2021 was a later harvest and we had to be patient before bringing in our excellent Sauvignon Blanc in late September. This crisp, fine dry white has been the house wine at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and a special selection for Rick Stein for two decades." 12% vol.

Rosé 2021 Crisp, refreshing, juicy and lovely on the palate - we think this is probably our best rosé yet.The house rosé at Rick Stein's restaurants for a decade and this delicious new vintage is on the Stein wine lists now.

The back label: "This dry rosé was made from 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were harvested earlier - in late September - than for making red, and the pale juice quickly run off the dark skins for a light, crisp wine." 12% vol.

Bordeaux Supérieur 2017. The 2017 red has turned out really well and has become our firm house favourite. Easy, all-round drinking.

The back label: ‘This is a classic Bordeaux blend of three quarters Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium to full bodied and partially aged in oak, it’s easy, fruity and supple enough to drink quite young. Serve with good food.’ 13.5% alc.

Bordeaux Supérieur 2018. Our classic Bordeaux red has been the premium house red at Hotel du Vin for a decade. A new release, the 2018 is bright and juicy.

The back label: "2018 was a fine vintage with a damp spring, a hot summer and a sunny harvest. A medium to full bodied blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this can be kept for a few years although it's supple and fruity enough to enjoy quite young." 14% alc.

Les Trois Hectares rouge 2019. The new vintage of our special cuvée red, made with lower yields and aged in French oak barrels. Fuller bodied than our classic Bordeaux Supérieur red, and deservedly more expensive, we think. The 2019 is drinkable now but will age well for a good few years too.

The back label: "A special cuvée, this blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon was made from two parcels of vines in a single block, and aged in small French oak barrels. A full bodied wine, it's ripe enough to drink young or keep it for years. Best decanted." 14% alc.
