If you don’t like our wine for any reason, we will replace it, give you a refund or credit your account against a future order.

Faulty wine

If a wine is ‘corked’ or faulty, we will refund you the amount of the offending bottle or, if you prefer, give you a credit against a future order.


If, within 30 days of the delivery, you don’t like a wine and would like to return any remaining bottles in the case, we will arrange a collection and either replace them or give you a refund. We reserve the right not to take back or refund wine that has been stored badly, such as in a freezer or boiler room.
