Delicious wines - two each of the 2016, 2017 and 2018 Les Deux Barriques in one, 6-bottle wooden case.

For want of an original name, this is a small bottling of our delicious, powerful red wine that's made for the long haul. Three great vintages in one mixed, wooden case - two bottles of each, and limited stock. Good to drink now, if decanted, but you can leave them for many years to come. A fifty fifty blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and aged in French oak, and completely outclasses its rather modest appellation. Privately we refer to this as the DBs.

The back label: ’This comes from two of our best French oak barrels of Les Trois Hectares. The blend is 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and it's a concentrated wine that's built to last, yet ripe and lush enough to be enjoyed after a few years. Best decanted. 14% vol.”
