For all UK orders:
Angela and Gavin Quinney
At the vineyard:
Gavin and Angela Quinney
Delivery: UK mainland
We offer a delivery service to United Kingdom mainland addresses via our warehouse in Surrey and from London City Bond. Only orders for delivery to the UK are accepted on this site. If you place an order for an address that we cannot deliver to (i.e. outside England, Scotland and Wales), we will inform you that the order has been canceled and refund you within 30 days.
Delivery: Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and other islands
We can deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and other islands but there is a surcharge. We will notify you of the surcharge and seek your acceptance before dispatching the goods. See our page called ‘Delivery FAQ’ for details and costs. If you do not accept the surcharge then the order will be cancelled and we will refund the payment within 30 days.
Our standard delivery charge, which may change from time to time, is £7.50 for orders of under £150 to a single address in England, Scotland or Wales. Delivery is free for orders of £150 or more to one address.
You do not have to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery but you must inform us, as part of the order process online, where to leave the goods in the event that nobody is in, such as 'deliver to neighbour at number 11', or 'leave in the porch' or 'if not in, leave a card.'
The online payment system on this site is operated by Barclays EPDQ and is completely secure. We do not have access to your credit card details.
18 and over
By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
If your order goes missing or is damaged between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. In the event that we cannot replace the missing or damaged goods, we will give you a full refund. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of your order date.
We will confirm to the purchaser, by email, when a gift order has been delivered. By 'gift orders', we mean those orders that have been bought online for delivery to someone else at a separate delivery address, and where a 'gift message' has been filled in online at the order checkout.
From time to time, bottles are broken in transit. Our carriers should never deliver a case with a broken bottle inside for obvious reasons, but in the event that they do, we will replace or refund any broken bottles. Best of all, email us a quick photo to email@example.com so that we can try and fix things in future.
If you don’t like our wine for any reason, we will replace it or give you a refund.
If a wine is 'corked' or faulty, we will either replace it or simply refund you the amount of the offending bottle or, if you prefer, give you a credit against a future order.
If, within 30 days of the delivery, you don’t like a wine and would like to return any remaining bottles in the case, we will arrange a collection and either replace them or give you a refund. We reserve the right not to take back or refund wine that has been stored badly, such as in a freezer or boiler room.
Sale or return
We only offer ‘Sale or Return’ for large orders (e.g. for a big event) and only if agreed with us in advance.
If you want to cancel your order prior to delivery, please let us know straight away by emailing team@bauduc.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we cannot deliver for any reason. If we have to cancel you order we will contact you and refund any money you have paid for that order.
If we cannot fulfill your exact order, we might substitute some bottles for wine of a similar quality and of similar or higher value at no extra cost. Occasionally we may have to substitute wines for a later vintage. We do not normally do this without your prior approval but if you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost.
Products offered on this website may be withdrawn from offer without notice (usually because they sell out).
When you purchase from this website, we collect personal information to enable us to deliver your order. By registering your details, you consent to us recording and using this personal data. We will not pass on your details, except to our warehouse and delivery partners.
We send out a monthly newsletter by email, and the occasional offer. If you prefer not to receive these emails, tick the relevant box when you open your 'account', or simply click 'unsubscribe' at the foot of any of the emails we send you. This will remove you from the email list. There is also an option to change your email address.
Once a year, we send our UK customers a printed Gazette in the post, free of charge. If you'd like to be removed from this postal mailing list, or change your address or be included on the list, or if you have any questions about privacy, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
