If you do not like our wine for any reason, please let us know and we will either replace the offending bottles or give you a refund.

If a wine is ‘corked’ or faulty in some way, please inform us and we will refund you for the dodgy bottle(s) – or reduce the cost of your next order with us if you prefer.
