Sauvignon Blanc 2018. This delicious, crisp Sauvignon Blanc is listed at Stein's Seafood Restaurant in Cornwall and is the prestige house white at Hotel du Vin across the UK. A brilliantly versatile wine.
The back label: ‘A long, dry summer followed a wet spring, so our September harvest of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Sémillon was of super quality. This delicious, estate-grown dry white has been the house wine for Gordon Ramsay and Rick Stein for 15+ years.’ 13% alc.
Sauvignon Blanc 2019. Our Sauvignon Blanc 2019 got the nod as the house wine at Gordon Ramsay's three Michelin star restaurant in London and at Rick Stein's in Cornwall.
The back label: “This was our 20th vintage and we were blessed with a dry summer and fine September harvest. A blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Sémillon, our estate-grown dry white has been the house wine for Gordon Ramsay and Rick Stein for two decades.” 13% vol.
Sauvignon Sémillon 2019. Really tasty stuff and a blend of some of the Sauvignon Blanc and Les Trois Hectares Sémillon. Terrific value.
Back label:“This was our 20th vintage and we were blessed with a dry summer and fine September harvest. A blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Sémillon, our estate-grown dry white has been the house wine for Gordon Ramsay and Rick Stein for two decades. 13% vol.”
Les Trois Hectares Blanc 2018. A lovely, dry white Sémillon from old vines. Victoria Moore of the Telegraph described this once as 'meadowy…'.
The back label: ‘Les Trois Hectares is a single, seven acre block of old Sémillon vines which were planted in 1947, along with some Sauvignon Blanc (about 20%) in the same field. Dry, aromatic and great with food - or simply on its own.'’ 12.5% alc.
The Les Trois Hectares Blanc 2019. Our 20th vintage of our dry Sémillon, with a little Sauvignon, from seriously old vines. Exotic and full in 2019.
The back label: ’This was our 20th vintage of Les Trois Hectares, from a single seven acre block of 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc vines that were planted in 1947. It is an aromatic dry white that is great with food, or simply on its own. 13.5%.”
The Rosé 2019. This Provençal-style pale pink has sold out quickly all too often in the past so we made more of it in 2019, so regulars wouldn't miss out.
The back label: “For our 20th vintage, our dry rosé was made from equal parts of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The grapes were harvested quite early, in September, and the pale juice quickly run off the dark skins for a light, crisp wine. 12% vol.”
