Sauvignon Blanc 2020. "This exceptionally zingy Sauvignon Blanc wine from Bordeaux… is one of our special selections" - Rick Stein. The house white at Gordon Ramsay's three Michelin star restaurant in London.

The back label: "2020 was a fine, early vintage and we harvested our Sauvignon Blanc in late August and early September. This versatile dry white has been the house wine at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and a special selection for Rick Stein for nearly two decades." 13% vol.

Les Trois Hectares blanc 2020. 'Inexpensive white Bordeaux that over-delivers handsomely for the price' is how a Master of Wine described Les Trois Hectares. We agree.

The back label: "Les Trois Hectares is a single block of old Sémillon vines (about 80%) and Sauvignon Blanc that were planted in 1947, with an early harvest in 2020 on 7 September. It's an aromatic dry white that works well with good food or simply on its own." 13% vol.

Sauvignon Sémillon 2019. Really tasty stuff and a blend of some of the Sauvignon Blanc and Les Trois Hectares Sémillon. Terrific value.

Back label:“This was our 20th vintage and we were blessed with a dry summer and fine September harvest. A blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Sémillon, our estate-grown dry white has been the house wine for Gordon Ramsay and Rick Stein for two decades. 13% vol.”

Rosé 2020. Our crisp, pale pink has been the house rosé for Rick Stein for many years. A sort of St-Tropez meets Padstow.

The back label: "This dry rosé was made from equal parts of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The grapes were harvested earlier in September than for making red, and the pale juice quickly run off the dark skins for a light, crisp wine." 12% vol.

Cremant 2018. Our traditional method sparkling dry white, made with our own hand-picked grapes and second fermentation in bottle. A lovely aperitif.

The back label: "We hand picked the grapes from a block of Sémillon vines, which we planted in 2004, and pressed and cool fermented the juice. A second fermentation in bottle created a sparkling wine using the 'méthode traditionnelle'. It is dry, elegant and refreshing." 11% vol.
