Sauvignon Blanc 2021. The new vintage of our best selling wine, and one we're very happy with. Citrusy, nettly and refreshing, this is a more mineral, fresher style than in some hotter, more exotic years.
The back label: ""2021 was a later harvest and we had to be patient before bringing in our excellent Sauvignon Blanc in late September. This crisp, fine dry white has been the house wine at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and a special selection for Rick Stein for two decades." 12% vol.
Rosé 2021. The house rosé at Rick Stein's restaurants for a decade and this delicious new vintage is on the Stein wine lists now. £12.50 a bottle.
The back label: ""This dry rosé was made from 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were harvested earlier - in late September - than for making red, and the pale juice quickly run off the dark skins for a light, crisp wine." 12% vol.
Bordeaux Supérieur 2018. Our classic Bordeaux red is now drinking really well. The most recent release, the 2018 is bright and juicy.
The back label: "2018 was a fine vintage with a damp spring, a hot summer and a sunny harvest. A medium to full bodied blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this can be kept for a few years although it's supple and fruity enough to enjoy quite young." 14% alc.
