A fine collection case to try our four wines from 2019, plus a sparkling and a red.
1 bottle Blanc de Blancs 2016
1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc 2019
1 bottle Les Trois Hectares blanc 2019
1 bottle Sauvignon Sémillon 2019
1 bottle Rosé 2019

Blanc de Blancs 2016 A fuller version of our Crémant, our traditionally made sparkling wine, but still deliciously refreshing.
The back label: ‘A sparkling Crémant that was made in the ‘méthode traditionnelle’ - using our hand picked Sémillon grapes from a single, west facing slope - with a second fermentation in bottle. This dry Blanc de Blancs was aged on the lees and disgorged later for a slightly richer, fuller taste. Blanc de Blancs, Crémant de Bordeaux.’ 11% alc.
Sauvignon Blanc 2019. Our Sauvignon Blanc 2019 got the nod as the house wine at Gordon Ramsay's three Michelin star restaurant in London and at Rick Stein's in Cornwall.
The back label: “This was our 20th vintage and we were blessed with a dry summer and fine September harvest. A blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Sémillon, our estate-grown dry white has been the house wine for Gordon Ramsay and Rick Stein for two decades.” 13% vol.
Les Trois Hectares Blanc 2019. Our 20th vintage of our dry Sémillon, with a little Sauvignon, from seriously old vines. Exotic and full in 2019.
The back label: ’This was our 20th vintage of Les Trois Hectares, from a single seven acre block of 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc vines that were planted in 1947. It is an aromatic dry white that is great with food, or simply on its own. 13.5%.”
Sauvignon Sémillon 2019. Really tasty stuff and a blend of some of the Sauvignon Blanc and Les Trois Hectares Sémillon. Terrific value.
Back label:“This was our 20th vintage and we were blessed with a dry summer and fine September harvest. A blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Sémillon, our estate-grown dry white has been the house wine for Gordon Ramsay and Rick Stein for two decades. 13% vol.”
Rosé 2019. This Provençal-style pale pink has sold out quickly all too often in the past so we made more of it in 2019, so regulars wouldn't miss out.
The back label: “For our 20th vintage, our dry rosé was made from equal parts of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The grapes were harvested quite early, in September, and the pale juice quickly run off the dark skins for a light, crisp wine. 12% vol.”
Bordeaux Supérieur 2017. The 2017 red has turned out really well and has become our firm house favourite. Easy, all-round drinking.
The back label: ‘This is a classic Bordeaux blend of three quarters Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium to full bodied and partially aged in oak, it’s easy, fruity and supple enough to drink quite young. Serve with good food.’ 13.5% alc.
