Bin end. This was a 'Special Selection' at Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant - our crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc. We came across a pallet of our Sauvignon Blancs with restaurant labels on, so we sent it up to London (April 2021). They are all in the 'Bin end' section of the site.

The 2016 was a successful and popular vintage. This has aged of course but is still showing well and Angie, a customer, sent this kind note, April 2021: "Found this bottle while rummaging in the cellar this morning, I’d totally forgotten about it. It’s still fresh, fruity & crisp and was a lovely match with our Sunday dinner of salmon & charred asparagus with a lemon & dill sauce."
