Crémant Blanc de Blanc 2019. This version of our Crémant has been aged on the lees for 24 months after the second fermentation in bottle. Great for weddings and other celebrations, though we drink this regularly at home throughout the year.

The back label: "A sparkling Crémant that was made in the ‘méthode traditionnelle’ - using our hand picked Sémillon grapes from a single block - with a second fermentation in bottle. This dry Blanc de Blancs was aged on the lees and disgorged later for a slightly richer, fuller taste." 11% vol.

Sauvignon Blanc 2021. The new vintage of our best selling wine, and one we're very happy with. Citrusy, nettly and refreshing, this is a more mineral, fresher style than in some hotter, more exotic years.

The back label: "2021 was a later harvest and we had to be patient before bringing in our excellent Sauvignon Blanc in late September. This crisp, fine dry white has been the house wine at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and a special selection for Rick Stein for two decades." 12% vol.

Les Trois Hectares blanc 2021. We're waiting for more of this wine to be booked into stock in London City Bond before we can send it out. It has physically been there for two weeks, as of 9 May, but as they don't have enough qualified staff to handle the post-Brexit paperwork, it can't be moved. The sunlit uplands, folks...

The back label: "Les Trois Hectares is a single block of old Sémillon vines (about 80%) and Sauvignon Blanc that were planted in 1947, with a late harvest in 2021 on 27 September. It's an aromatic dry white that works well with good food or simply on its own." 13% vol.

Bordeaux Supérieur 2018. Our classic Bordeaux red has been the premium house red at Hotel du Vin for a decade. A new release, the 2018 is bright and juicy.

The back label: "2018 was a fine vintage with a damp spring, a hot summer and a sunny harvest. A medium to full bodied blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this can be kept for a few years although it's supple and fruity enough to enjoy quite young." 14% alc.
