Sorry, SOLD OUT. Try the slightly superior Blanc de Blancs 2016, the same wine as the Crémant but aged on the lees for longer.
Hand-crafted Crémant can be great value as a dry sparkling wine made in the traditional way. £16 a bottle. Limited stock, sorry.
The back label: 'We hand picked the grapes from a block of Sémillon which we had planted 12 years earlier, and pressed and cool fermented the juice. A second fermentation in bottle created a sparkling wine using the 'méthode traditionnelle'. It is dry, elegant and refreshing.' 11% vol.
"The semillon grape provides this wine with more depth and richness of flavour than found in most Crémant – impressive." One of the Bordeaux Hot 50 selection for 2020.

“This is a beautiful château run by London rat-race exiles Angela and Gavin Quinney. They make excellent red, white and rosé, all marked by their sheer drinkability and by their true sense of Bordeaux style. Affordable, approachable, Bordeaux needs another 100 Bauducs – and fast.”Oz Clarke’s Wine Buying Guide
