This version of our Crémant has been aged on the lees for 24 months after the second fermentation in bottle. We are drinking this all too regularly at home throughout the year. £16.50 a bottle.
The back label: A sparkling Crémant that was made in the ‘méthode traditionnelle’ - using our hand picked Sémillon grapes from a single, west facing slope - with a second fermentation in bottle. This dry Blanc de Blancs was aged on the lees and disgorged later for a slightly richer, fuller taste. Blanc de Blancs, Crémant de Bordeaux. 11% vol.

“We've been drinking a lot of this since the start of the summer of 2019 as it's moreish and refreshing. Visitors to the vineyard have also loved it, so now seems a good time to launch it to or UK customers. It is the same wine as our regular Crémant but with longer ageing on the lees.”
