Sauvignon Blanc 2021. The new vintage of our best selling wine, and one we're very happy with. Citrusy, nettly and refreshing, this is a more mineral, fresher style than in some hotter, more exotic years.

The back label: ""2021 was a later harvest and we had to be patient before bringing in our excellent Sauvignon Blanc in late September. This crisp, fine dry white has been the house wine at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and a special selection for Rick Stein for two decades." 12% vol.

Les Trois Hectares blanc 2021. We're waiting for more of this wine to be booked into stock in London City Bond before we can send it out. It has physically been there for two weeks, as of 9 May, but as they don't have enough qualified staff to handle the post-Brexit paperwork, it can't be moved. The sunlit uplands, folks...

The back label: "Les Trois Hectares is a single block of old Sémillon vines (about 80%) and Sauvignon Blanc that were planted in 1947, with a late harvest in 2021 on 27 September. It's an aromatic dry white that works well with good food or simply on its own." 13% vol.

Sauvignon Sémillon 2020. We don't make a Sauvignon Sémillon label every year but did in 2016, 2019 and 2020 - all good years. A smaller production wine that's produced from the pressings of Sauvignon Blanc and the Sémillon from Les Trois Hectares.

The back label: "A classic Bordeaux blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon, made chiefly from the 'pressed' juice from all our grapes which we ferment and bottle separately. It's a refreshing and moreish dry white wine for any occasion, with or without food." 12.5% vol.

Rosé 2021. The house rosé at Rick Stein's restaurants for a decade and this delicious new vintage will be on the Stein wine lists shortly. £12.50 a bottle.

The back label: ""This dry rosé was made from 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were harvested earlier - in late September - than for making red, and the pale juice quickly run off the dark skins for a light, crisp wine." 12% vol.

Bordeaux Supérieur 2018. Our classic Bordeaux red has been the premium house red at Hotel du Vin for a decade. A new release, the 2018 is bright and juicy.

The back label: "2018 was a fine vintage with a damp spring, a hot summer and a sunny harvest. A medium to full bodied blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this can be kept for a few years although it's supple and fruity enough to enjoy quite young." 14% alc.

Les Trois Hectares rouge 2019. The new vintage of our special cuvée red, made with lower yields and aged in French oak barrels. Fuller bodied than our classic Bordeaux Supérieur red, and deservedly more expensive, we think. The 2019 is drinkable now but will age well for a good few years too.

The back label: "The back label: "A special cuvée, this blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon was made from two parcels of vines in a single block, and aged in small French oak barrels. A full bodied wine, it's ripe enough to drink young or keep it for years. Best decanted." 14% alc.
