The Team

I run the show with my wife, Angela, and we live here with our four children, Georgie, 15, Sophie, 12, Amelia, 9, and 6 year-old Tom.

Daniel looks after the vineyard, supported by Nelly and Samira. We have all worked together as a team since soon after we arrived from London in 1999. Daniel, Nelly and Samira share most of the hard graft, from pruning the vines in winter, driving the tractors, right through to bottling and labeling the wine. We employ no end of skilled seasonal workers at busy times in the vineyard throughout the year.

Adrian from Schenker transport drives our wine back to England and Alan is our man near London, handling all our UK deliveries from our warehouse there, supported by Jane and Gary.

Apparently, we’re ‘vertically integrated’ from the ground up. Sounds painful but it has its moments.
