The Crémant de Bauduc 2014. Delicious sparkling white from hand picked grapes.
The back label: 'We hand picked the grapes from a block of Semillon which we had planted a decade earlier, and pressed and cool fermented the juice. A second fermentation in bottle created a sparkling wine using the méthode traditionnelle. It is dry, elegant and refreshing.' 11.5% alc.
The Sauvignon Blanc 2016. One of Victoria Moore's 60 best wines for Christmas in The Telegraph. Crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc.
The back label: ‘Made from the juice of estate grown grapes which were grown, harvested in September, pressed, fermented and bottled at the château. This versatile dry white has been the house wine for Gordon Ramsay and Rick Stein for 15 years.’ 12% alc.
The Sauvignon Sémillon 2016. Crisp, dry white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.
The back label: ‘A classic 70/30 white Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon from some younger vines that surround the chateau. This dry white's great on its own or serve with lighter dishes, salads, fish or chicken.’ 12% alc.
The Trois Hectares Blanc 2015. Our delicious dry Semillon with a little Sauvignon from old vines.
The back label: ‘Les Trois Hectares is a single, seven acre block of old Sémillon vines which were planted in 1947, along with some Sauvignon Blanc (about 20%) in the same field. Dry, aromatic and great with food - or simply on its own.’ 12% alc.
The Merlot Cabernet 2014. A medium-bodied, tasty Bordeaux blend and the ‘prestige’ house red at Hotel du Vin.
The back label: ‘This is a classic Bordeaux blend of three quarters Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium bodied and partially aged in oak, it’s easy, fruity and supple enough to drink quite young. A French bistro sort of wine.’ 13.5% alc.

The Trois Hectares Rouge 2013. Our favourite, fairly full-bodied special cuvée. Listed at Rick Stein’s.
The back label: ‘A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon from a single vineyard, this medium to full-bodied red was aged in French oak barrels. Lovely to drink young or keep it for a few years. Best decanted but not essential.’ 13.5% alc.
